Whether in a residential, commercial, institutional, or hospitality environment, ATSI is able to assist clients with their telecommunications installation needs.\nReporting to the Field Manager, the Field Supervisor will responsible for the management of a team of Field Technicians. The Field Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring and managing telecommunication installation activities. The successful candidate must be able to train new team members on material provided and existing team members on updates to processes and procedures in their region. This position is based in Pitt Meadows, British Colombia, with the expectation of travel to surrounding areas.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nSupport telecommunication installation activities.\nMonitor and lead all field performance requirements to meet or exceed established Installation and Service benchmarks.\nExecute quality of work inspections and coach technicians on quality installations.\nEnsure the Health & Safety of themselves, their team and all customers in an environmentally friendly manner.\nEnsure all Technicians comply with uniform and safety policies.\nPresent training courses to new employees or new process updates to the team.\nAct as the liaison between Field Technicians, Operations Support, and end users of customers of a contractual obligation.\nConduct field visits with technicians as required.\nComplete all required documentation for Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Vehicle Maintenance purposes.\nEnsure all tools and equipment are inspected on a regular basis and are kept in good working condition.\nAssist Field Manager with customer issues, inquiries and resolution.\nDrive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.\nOther duties as may be required.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nExcellent Customer Service skills, both internally and externally.\nTechnically inclined with a desire to learn.\nDemonstrated leadership skills.\nInstallation, troubleshooting, and repair experience with TV, Internet, phone, and fibre services is considered an asset, but is not required.\nExperience in in-home sales, particularly within TV, Internet, or home security services, is an asset but not essential.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong organization & time management skills.\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).\nAn inclusive mindset and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and belonging in the workplace.\nMust be willing to travel as required and provide a clear driver’s abstract on an annual basis.\nThe expected pay range for this position is $28 - $32 per hour.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.\nAecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
