Guided by our core value of Safety Always, we partner with clients to build the infrastructure that powers the future.\nThe successful candidate will work an evening shift from 11 am to 7 pm and requires availability to work one weekend day.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nSupport day-to-day Control Centre operations to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.\nAct as a go-to resource for Resource Associates by answering questions and helping resolve issues.\nHelp train and support team members to ensure they understand their roles and expectations.\nAssist with organizing documentation and keeping procedures up to date.\nCommunicate challenges, updates, and progress to the Manager, Control Centre.\nHelp implement new processes by documenting, training, and supporting the team through change.\nWork closely with employees and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration.\nProvide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help the team perform at their best.\nDevelop decision-making, communication, and people-management skills.\nParticipate in planning discussions and contribute ideas for improving processes and performance.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nExperience with dispatch, control centres, or technical environments is an asset, but not required.\nSomeone interested in growing into a leadership role.\nStrong communication and people skills.\nAbility to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.\nComfortable making day-to-day decisions and solving problems.\nAbility to work independently and remain calm under pressure.\nBasic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).\nWillingness to learn new systems, procedures, and best practices.\nExposure to operations, planning, and process improvement.\nReason for Vacancy: Replacement\nPay Range: $25 - $30 per hour\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
