Through reliable, high-quality execution across diverse technologies and markets, ATSI plays a critical role in keeping people and businesses connected while supporting the evolution of essential infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nInstall and repair support for phone, internet and TV transported over fiber networks.\nTroubleshooting and repair support for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service transported over fiber, copper.\nDeliver exceptional customer experiences and informed sales recommendations.\nBe safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture.\nResponsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis.\nProvision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber and copper networks.\nWork at heights in different spaces in accordance with provincial and federal guideline.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\n1+ years of technical field experience.\n1+ years of sales experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nMust be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, all seasons.\nMaintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract quarterly.\nMust be willing to travel and work in various locations.\nAbility to maintain secure parking for the company vehicle.\nSuccessfully complete a criminal background check.\nComfortable working with computers.\nSelf-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction.\nHighly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures.\nEvening, weekend, and Holiday work is required.\nThis position is compensated based on completed SWT (standard work time) hours, with rates ranging from $36.72 to $44.88 per SWT hour completed. A training rate of $22.44 per hour applies during training. The applicable SWT rate is determined by the technician's quarterly performance tier. Actual earnings may vary based on productivity, work volume, and assignments completed.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
