If you’re inspired to make a difference through future-building projects, join our best-in-class team.\nWhat You’ll Do Here\nInitiate OPG Clearance applications with joint-venture employees, subcontractors and potential new hires\nAssist in accurate completion and submission of clearance applications including verification of identification and supporting documentation as per OPG clearance procedural requirements\nIssue compliance reports, track and confirm completion of clearance renewals ensuring all employees maintain active clearance status\nObtain all worker dose history from National Dose Registry\nAct as single point of contact for OPG Clearance Office in the processing of all related security clearance applications, renewals and actions\nAct as single point of contact for all access requests for onboarding. \nProvide and assist with completion of Radiological Access Forms during new hire onboarding\nFacilitate TLD verification and requirements for new and existing employees\nAssist projects with visitor badging and requirements as needed\nAdditional duties as assigned. \nWhat You Bring To The Team\n1 to 2 years of related administrative experience\nStrong analytical/problem solving skills\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\nAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in teams\nAbility to plan, manage, and prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments and tasks\nAbility to consistently meet deadlines\nComfortable working in a rapidly changing environment\nStrong sense of urgency and accountability\nKnowledge of project management concepts\nStrong decision-making skills\nCustomer oriented\nStrong organizational skills; attention to detail\nWillingness to contribute toward, and assist colleagues with projects across functional areas and outside of primary responsibilities to contribute toward the overall team’s success\nReason for vacancy: Replacement\nSalary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
