職務内容

生産本部長の秘書及び生産本部のアシスタントとして総務・人事関連業務を含めた、サポートをご担当いただきます。

生産本部長、出張手配、会議準備・設定

申請書等の処理・回覧、物品の購入手配

社内国内・海外、生産本部管理職との連携・連絡業務

総務業務（外部との窓口業務等）、セキュリティシステム

運用担当者の業務、慶弔関連対応、社員寮手配関連

人事関連サポート業務（採用、入社時研修調整）

翻訳業務（会議通訳、書類翻訳（プレゼン資料等）

来客時の対応（社内外）
