オフィスおよび実験室におけるEHS関連法令・社内基準の遵守状況を確認し、必要な改善活動を推進する。\n・ 実験室で使用される化学物質、危険物、廃液等の管理を行い、安全で適切な運用をサポートする。\n・ オフィスおよびラボエリアの定期的な安全確認を実施し、潜在的なリスクの特定と改善フォローを行う。\n・ 研究開発部門、ファシリティ部門、総務部門などの関係部門と連携し、EHS課題の解決を推進する。\n・ EHS関連の行政対応、必要な届出・許認可対応をサポートする。\n・ ISO 14001およびISO 45001などのEHSマネジメントシステムの運用・改善を支援する。\n・ オフィスおよび実験室向けのEHS教育、避難訓練、緊急時対応訓練等を企画・実施する。\n・ 化学物質漏洩、火災、地震等を想定した緊急時対応手順の整備および改善を行う。\n・ 廃棄物削減、省エネルギー、環境負荷低減に関する活動を推進する。\n・ グローバルまたは社内EHS基準に基づき、オフィス・ラボ環境における安全文化の醸成をリードする。\n・ その他、上長から指示された業務を遂行する。\n応募条件\n応募資格\n・ 学歴：大学卒以上\n・ 専攻：安全、環境、産業衛生（IH）または関連分野\n・ PCスキル：Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）\n・ 語学：日本語での業務遂行が可能な方。英語でのコミュニケーションができれば尚可。\n業務経験\n\n・ 製造業におけるEHS関連業務経験8年以上。\n・ チームマネジメント経験2年以上。\n・ リーダーシップ、責任感、主体性。\n・ 優れたコミュニケーション力および調整力。\n< 歓迎条件>\n・ 地方政府および行政機関におけるEHS関連法令・規制に関する知識。\n・ 現場EHS管理に関する専門知識。\n・ 化学物質、危険物、廃棄物、または作業環境管理のいずれかに関する基礎的な知識。\n・ ISO 14001／ISO 45001マネジメントシステムの運用・監査経験。\n・
