Office","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-16T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-17","last_verified_at":"2026-10-18T02:30:28Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":17,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":0,"flags":["company_stale"],"days_open":17},"description":"事業内容\n外資系医療用医薬品、一般用医薬品、\n外資系医療用医薬品、一般用医薬品、トイレタリー製品の輸入・製造・販売\n職務内容\nポジション概要\n医薬品製造工場におけるユーティリティ設備の安定稼働を目的として、各種設備の運転管理、保守・保全、設備改善および関連プロジェクトを担当いただきます。\n空調（HVAC）、水処理、蒸気、ガス、圧縮空気、LNGなどの設備について、安全性・品質・効率性・コストを考慮した適切な維持管理を推進します。\nまた、社内の生産エンジニアリングチームや技術スタッフ、外部協力会社と連携し、GMP、EHS（環境・健康・安全）などの基準に準拠した工場運営を技術面から支援します。\n具体的な業務内容\n1．ユーティリティ設備の運転・保守管理\n空調（HVAC）、冷凍機、冷却塔、蒸気ボイラー、水処理設備、LNG、AHU、圧縮空気などの設備管理\n設備の安定稼働に向けた運転状況の監視、点検、保守・保全\n設備性能、エネルギー効率、運用コストの最適化\n重要予備品の在庫管理およびSAPを用いた保全記録・文書管理\n2．設備保全・外部協力会社の管理\n設備保全計画の立案・実行・進捗管理\n外部協力会社・保守業者への作業指示、工程・安全・品質管理\n設備トラブルや異常発生時の原因調査、是正措置、再発防止策の実施\n関連法規、社内規程、安全基準への適合管理\n3．設備改善・設備投資プロジェクト\n年間予算策定、設備投資（CAPEX）計画の立案・実行支援\n設備更新、老朽化対策、設備改善プロジェクトの推進\n省エネルギー、コスト削減、設備効率改善に向けた継続的改善活動\n生産部門、エンジニアリング部門などとの連携\n4．GMP・EHS・品質管理への対応\nGMP、EHS、社内エンジニアリング基準に準拠した設備管理\n逸脱・不適合・設備異常などの調査および是正措置\nRMS、VQMSなどの品質・リスク管理システムを用いた改善活動\n内部監査・外部監査・査察に向けた準備および対応\n定期的な設備・環境・安全関連の点検、評価、報告\n5．チーム連携・技術支援\n社内技術スタッフや外部協力会社への技術指導・育成\n関係部門との連携による設備課題の解決\nグローバルポリシーに準拠した安全で効率的な設備運営の推進\n応募条件\n必須要件\n製造業におけるエンジニアリング業務、または工場ユーティリティ設備の運転・保守・保全経験（5年以上）\n空調（HVAC）、水処理などのユーティリティ設備に関する基礎知識および実務経験\n機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野の工学系学士以上\nMicrosoft
