Auditorの指導の元で、以下の監査関連業務の職責を果たすことができる個別監査業務のContributing Auditorとなります。\nLead Auditorの策定する個別監査のプランニング（時期/期間、監査チーム編成、監査目的、監査スコープ）に基づいて、実査を行っていただきます。\n具体的には、リスクベースで対象となるプロセス/コントロールのテスティングを行い、一定の監査品質が確保できるように、当社監査部門のメソドロジーに沿ったHCFM（プロセスフローチャート）、RCM（リスク＆コントロール・マトリックス）、監査調書（ワーキングペーパー）等の作成を行います。\nまた、被監査部門に対するインタビューのほか、データを活用したサンプリングや分析を行っていただくこともあります。\nContributing Auditorは、監査チームメンバーの一員として、自身のアサイメント管理を行い、与えられた期限内にアサイメントを完了する責任があります。\n応募条件\n経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）\n以下のいずれかの業務経験：\n・生命保険会社における業務経験（新契約引受、保険金等支払査定、コールセンター、収納、保全業務、その他保険オペレーション業務全般、営業事務・管理、コンプライアンス、リスク管理業務など）\n・事業会社における内部監査業務の経験\n・監査法人における監査・アシュランス・アドバイザリーサービス業務の経験\n以下のスキル/知識：\n・監査メソドロジー（CIA資格）習得、英語力（TOEICスコア）向上に前向きに取り組むことができる方\n・論理的思考/分析力（エラーを発見するだけでなく課題を導く力）\n・職業的懐疑心\n・ビジネス環境の変化からリスクを捉えられる力\n・傾聴力を含むインタビュースキル\n・優れた文章（日本語/英語での監査計画書、監査調書、監査報告書など）作成能力\n・自発的に仕事に取り組み、チームワークを重視して働ける方\n・基本的なビジネスソフトウェア（Word、Excel、Power Point,
