With a national footprint of over 5,000 customer integrations and a market share of approximately 70%, this robust infrastructure supports their core business, ensuring continued growth and cash flow to fuel their innovative data cloud platform.\nAbout the Job\nAs our Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Avandra’s image exchange platform. This role is responsible for evolving our industry-leading physical media solutions while bringing a new generation of digital image exchange products to market. \nThis is a unique opportunity to build products that sit at the intersection of enterprise imaging and real-world imaging data. The platform you build will not only help providers securely exchange medical images, but also create new opportunities for health systems to participate in Avandra’s imaging data network. \nThe ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise imaging, understands clinical imaging workflows, and has successfully brought healthcare software products from concept through commercial launch.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Strategy \nOwn the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra’s Enterprise Imaging portfolio.\nDefine and prioritize initiatives that expand our digital image exchange capabilities while continuing to strengthen our physical media solutions. \nDevelop products that simplify how imaging moves between providers, patients, and healthcare organizations. \nIdentify market opportunities and customer needs that differentiate Avandra in a rapidly evolving imaging ecosystem. \nProduct Development \nLead products from concept through launch, working closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership. \nWrite clear product requirements and user stories that translate customer problems into actionable engineering work. \nBalance customer requests, technical constraints, and business priorities when making roadmap decisions. \nPartner with engineering throughout development to ensure successful delivery and product quality. \nCustomer & Market Engagement \nMeet regularly with health systems, imaging centers, and strategic partners to understand workflows and emerging market needs. \nGather customer feedback through interviews, product demonstrations, and beta programs. \nMonitor competitive offerings and industry trends across enterprise imaging and healthcare interoperability. \nRepresent Avandra at customer meetings and industry conferences. \nData Network Innovation \nDevelop capabilities that make it easier for healthcare organizations to participate in Avandra’s imaging data network. \nWork cross-functionally to ensure image exchange products create long-term strategic value across both clinical and data-driven use cases. \nPartner with internal stakeholders to identify new platform capabilities that benefit providers, researchers, and life sciences organizations. \nProduct Launch \nPartner with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, messaging, pricing support, and go-to-market plans. \nSupport customer enablement, product documentation, training, and launch readiness.\nDefine success metrics and continuously measure product adoption and customer satisfaction. \nWhat You’ll Need\nRequired\n5+ years of product management experience. \nExperience building enterprise healthcare software products. \nStrong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange. \nExperience leading products from concept through commercial launch. • Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nExperience working closely with engineering teams in Agile development environments. \nBachelor’s degree.\nPreferred \nExperience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.\nExperience in cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms. \nFamiliarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.\nExperience working directly with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems. \nWhat Success Looks Like in Year One\nSuccessfully launch new digital image exchange capabilities that expand Avandra’s product portfolio. \nDeliver a clear and executable product roadmap that aligns customer needs with company strategy. \nIncrease adoption of Avandra’s image sharing platform across existing and new customers.\nImprove the customer experience across both physical and digital image exchange workflows.\nDeliver platform capabilities that strengthen Avandra’s position as the trusted infrastructure for imaging exchange and imaging data. \nWhat We Offer\nMeaningful Impact: The work we do directly enables medical breakthroughs - such as earlier cancer detection, better Alzheimer's treatments, AI diagnostics that save lives.
