We help them with the big stuff, for the moments that matter.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a Client Reporting Analyst who is looking to build and develop a career within asset and investment management. This role offers exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, including Aegon Group clients, fund administrators, external auditors, regulators and multiple internal teams.\nYou will join the Client Reporting team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality client, fund, and regulatory reporting across an international client base. The team is focused on providing an exceptional client experience while continuously driving operational efficiency and innovation.\nThis role supports the production and oversight of client, fund, and regulatory reporting for our UK and US clients.\nYou will utilise a range of tools and applications, including Snowflake, SQL, Power Query, Excel and Clearwater Prism, to produce, automate, and review a variety of client and fund reports prior to distribution. Working closely with Client Services and other business stakeholders, you will also support the implementation of new reporting requirements and client onboarding activities.\nKey responsibilities for the role include:\nContribute to the accurate and timely production of client, fund, and regulatory reporting for internal and external stakeholders.\nLeverage SQL, Snowflake, and Power Query to automate data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and data quality.\nPerform data analysis and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Client Services, Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to deliver high-quality reporting solutions and maintain strong client outcomes.\nSupport the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new reporting requirements.\nParticipate in business change initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance reporting processes, controls, and automation capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes through technology and process optimisation.\nAssist in investigating and resolving reporting issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.\nWe’d love to hear from you if you have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.\nHave experience in client reporting, fund reporting, performance reporting, or regulatory reporting within the financial services or asset management industry.\nDemonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.\nPossess strong SQL skills, including query development, optimisation, complex data analysis, and data validation.\nHave hands-on experience using Snowflake and Power Query to develop and maintain reporting and data transformation solutions.\nHave advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.\nAre highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nHave a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for leveraging technology and automation to enhance reporting processes.\nIt would also be beneficial to have:\nAsset management industry knowledge. \nExperience with asset management platforms such as Clearwater Prism and/or Alladin\nWhat's in it for you?\nA competitive salary, depending on the experience you can bring\nA non-contributory pension between 9%-13%\nA discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance\n27 days leave per year (plus bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)\nWe also offer private medical cover, life assurance, critical illness cover, enhanced parental leave and a variety of lifestyle benefits to help our staff live their best lives, including retail discount vouchers, cycle2work scheme, subsidised restaurant and online GP appointments.\nAt Aegon Asset Management, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.
