12+ years overall IT experience, with 5 - 7+ years of strong ServiceNow experience in solution design and architecture.\n\nRole Overview :\n\nWe are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions, lead technical teams, and provide architecture and technical governance across ServiceNow implementations.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.\n\n- Define HLD/LLD, architecture, data models, integrations, security and deployment approach.\n\n- Provide expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Portal/Employee Center and IntegrationHub.\n\n- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs and Service Graph Connectors.\n\n- Ensure maximum use of OOTB functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.\n\n- Review technical designs, configurations and custom development for scalability and upgrade compatibility.\n\n- Lead architecture discussions with customers and stakeholders.\n\n- Guide developers/technical teams and establish development standards.\n\n- Support RFPs, solution proposals, effort estimation and technical presentations.\n\n- Provide technical governance, troubleshooting and performance optimization.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.\n\n- ITSM and ITOM expertise.\n\n- Strong CMDB/CSDM understanding.\n\n- ServiceNow integrations and API architecture.\n\n- JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\n- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management is preferred.\n\n- Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps, SPM and AI/Now Assist is an advantage.\n\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management and solution-design skills.\n\nCertifications :\n\n- ServiceNow CSA -
