We are looking for a part-time Business Development Executive to drive new business in our home market: find the leads, qualify them, and book the meetings that our founders close.\nIf you love the chase, get a kick out of hitting a target, and want to sell work you can actually be proud of, keep reading.\nTasks\nNew Business and Pipeline\nOwn outbound prospecting across Ireland: identify, research, and reach the right founders and decision-makers\nWork inbound and outbound leads from marketing, cold email, and your own outreach\nRun discovery and qualification calls that uncover real problems, not just tick boxes\nBook qualified meetings and hand warm, well-briefed opportunities to our founders to close\nBuild and maintain a healthy, well-organised pipeline you can forecast from\nRepresent Aella professionally in every call, message, and meeting\nOutreach and Conversion\nRun consistent, high-quality outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone\nQualify leads properly so your time and ours goes where the money is\nKeep deals moving with clear, timely follow-up and honest communication\nCollaborate with the team on proposals, case studies, and anything that helps close\nLog every touch and update deal stages accurately in our CRM\nTargets and Growth\nHit and beat agreed monthly targets for qualified meetings and sourced pipeline\nTrack your own numbers: activity, pipeline, conversion, and deals closed from your work\nBring what you learn back to the team so we sharpen the offer and the pitch\nGrow into a bigger role as you prove results\nRequirements\nMinimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally B2B or service-based\nBased in Dublin or Westport, with the ability to meet clients in person when it counts\nTarget-driven and genuinely motivated by hitting and beating quota\nStrong spoken and written English and a confident, natural phone manner\nOrganised and self-directed, comfortable managing your own pipeline part-time\nHungry to learn our services and sell them well\nComfortable with a CRM (we use HubSpot) or quick to pick one up\nNice to have\nExperience selling marketing, creative, web, or agency services\nAn existing network among Irish SMEs, founders, or startups\nExperience selling to startups or SaaS\nA track record or examples of success you can show us\nBenefits\nReal ownership of new business in our strongest market\nDirect access to the founders and a fast, no-bureaucracy environment\nA competitive base salary plus a performance bonus on every deal you help close\nA four-day week, with no work on Fridays or weekends\nRemote-first, so you can work where you are comfortable\nFlexible hours that fit around your life\nTraining and a clear path to grow with the agency\nSell work that is genuinely good, for clients you will be glad to name\nA formal degree is not required.
