not just system implementations.\n\nLocation : Jaipur, Noida, Hyderabad (Hybrid).\n\nJob Title : ServiceNow Architect.\n\nJob Summary : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nCandidates with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be preferred; however, the certification is not mandatory for someone who is already excelling in a Technical Architect role.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.\n\n- Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance for ServiceNow implementations.\n\n- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.\n\n- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.\n\n- Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.\n\n- Drive platform optimization, upgrade planning, and technical roadmap initiatives.\n\n- Mentor developers and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Strong experience in ServiceNow Technical Architecture and solution design.\n\n- Hands-on exposure to at least 4 - 5 ServiceNow modules.\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.\n\n- Experience in designing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.\n\n- Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows.\n\n- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance is desirable.\n\n- Experience in performance optimization, security, scalability, and platform upgrades.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred ServiceNow Module Experience : \n\nCandidates should have hands-on experience in at least 4 - 5 of the following modules : \n\n- IT Service Management (ITSM).\n\n- IT Operations Management (ITOM).\n\n- IT Business Management (ITBM/SPM).\n\n- Customer Service Management (CSM).\n\n- HR Service Delivery (HRSD).\n\n- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM).\n\n- Integrated Risk Management (IRM).\n\n- Security Operations (SecOps).\n\n- Asset Management (HAM/SAM).\n\n- CMDB & Discovery.\n\nPreferred Certifications : \n\n- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) -
