You will help financial institutions connect their core banking capabilities with digital banking platforms, lending systems, CRM, payments and other third-party services.\nWhat you will doDepending on the assignment, you may:\nDesign, develop and support integrations between Fiserv DNA and third-party applications.\n\nWork with DNA APIs and integration interfaces, including DNAconnect, DNA Core API transactions and/or Communicator Open, as applicable to the institution’s environment.\n\nTranslate banking requirements into technical designs, interface specifications and data mappings.\n\nImplement reliable handling of authentication, authorization, validation, errors, retries, duplicate requests and transaction reconciliation.\n\nDevelop or enhance DNAapps using DNAcreator where required and supported by your experience.\n\nCreate automated integration tests and support end-to-end testing, regression testing and business acceptance.\n\nDiagnose integration issues across DNA, middleware and connected systems, working with client teams and vendors.\n\nSupport releases, upgrades, production readiness and technical handover.\n\nDocument dependencies, platform constraints and operational support procedures.\n\nWhat you bringRequired\nDemonstrable, hands-on development or integration experience with Fiserv DNA.\n\nDirect experience using DNA APIs or integration interfaces, with the ability to explain the specific products, transactions and tools used.\n\nExperience delivering or supporting at least one DNA-related solution in a production financial-services environment.\n\nStrong software development skills in the languages and frameworks used in your DNA engagements; please identify your stack.\n\nExperience with API integration, structured data formats, database queries and troubleshooting across connected systems.\n\nUnderstanding of banking concepts such as members/customers, accounts, deposits, lending, balances and transactions.\n\nExperience building secure, reliable integrations involving sensitive financial information.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and vendor specialists.\n\nBased in Canada and able to provide services as an independent contractor.\n\nAn asset\nExperience supporting Canadian credit unions.\n\nDNAcreator, DNAapps or Fiserv AppMarket development and validation experience.\n\nExperience with multiple DNA versions, upgrades or core banking conversions.\n\nIntegration experience involving digital banking, loan origination, CRM, payments or reporting platforms.\n\nC#/.NET, SQL, Oracle/PLSQL, middleware, cloud platforms or CI/CD experience relevant to your previous DNA work.\n\nPrevious delivery experience with Fiserv, a credit union, a core banking service provider or a systems integrator.\n\nWhat success looks likeYou can independently assess a DNA integration requirement, identify the relevant interfaces and dependencies, and deliver a secure, tested and supportable solution.
