architecture of the XR Training Academy platform\nDefine and maintain architecture standards across frontend, backend, AI, cloud, and Unity integrations\nCreate technical roadmaps aligned with product goals\nLead technical planning and solution design sessions\nReview technical approaches and ensure alignment with business requirements\nPrevent over-engineering and unnecessary technical complexity\nSolution Architecture\nDesign scalable cloud-native architectures\nDefine APIs, integration patterns, and service boundaries\nEnsure performance, security, maintainability, and scalability considerations are built into solutions\nGuide AI architecture and integration decisions\nEvaluate and recommend technology choices\nProduct Delivery\nTranslate product requirements into technical implementation plans\nBreak epics and features into technical workstreams\nDefine acceptance criteria and technical success metrics\nIdentify technical risks and mitigation strategies\nSupport estimation and sprint planning activities\nAI Leadership\nGuide the implementation of AI-powered experiences\nEvaluate and integrate LLMs, AI services, and agent-based workflows\nEstablish best practices for AI architecture, prompting, evaluation, and governance\nCoach team members on the effective use of AI-assisted development\nHands-On Development\nContribute production-quality experience\n3+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect role\nStrong full-stack development experience\nExperience designing and building cloud-native applications\nExperience with:\nTypeScript / JavaScript\nPython/FastAPI\nReact or modern frontend frameworks\nREST APIs and integrations\nCloud platforms (Azure preferred)\nCI/CD pipelines\n AIExperience building applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs)\nFamiliarity with:\nOpenAI\nAzure OpenAI\nAgentic workflows\nRAG architectures\nPrompt engineering\nAI evaluation and governance\nSkills and MCP (Model
