Actions) and integrate AI/ML tools (such as Microsoft Copilot for Security, Azure Monitor AI insights) to drive proactive, self-healing operations.\n\n- Microsoft Cloud & Intune : Architect, manage, and optimize Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for zero-trust & zero-touch device provisioning, policy compliance, and automated software deployment across multi-platform endpoints.\n\n- Identity & Access Management (Entra ID) : Ensure high availability and robust security posture for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), managing Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Enterprise Applications, and automated lifecycle management.\n\n- SharePoint & Collaboration Reliability : Oversee the reliability, performance, and monitoring of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 collaboration tools, ensuring seamless user experience and data governance.\n\n- Observability & Incident Management : Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) to track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.\n\n- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews for operational incidents.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- Experience : 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Systems Engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments.\n\n- Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery : Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint Online administration and reliability engineering.\n\n- Automation & Scripting : Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for infrastructure automation and API integrations (Microsoft Graph API).\n\n- AIOps & Observability : Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven operations, anomaly detection, and modern monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus).\n\n- Cloud Infrastructure : Solid understanding of Azure core services, networking, security baselines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep).\n\nSkills/Certifications : \n\n- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.\n\n- Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot for Security or custom AI models for IT operations and incident triage.\n\n- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Service Reliability
