With a lean process-based culture, we believe that written policies are a poor replacement for sound judgement.\nSo come and be part of this exciting times Aeris is going through!\nBudget: 3-4 LPA + Allowances\nLocation: Noida Sector 62 (Hybrid)\nJob Description\nNetwork Operations Center (NOC) Engineers monitor applications and infrastructure for a IOT solution to proactively detect problems from a central location. They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, escalate to next level and track problems through to resolution.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Alarms monitoring of Aeris application and infrastructure\n2. Proactively identify the problem and take the defined actions based on scripted method of procedures\n3. Provide expertise in monitoring to department peers\n4. Escalate the issue to next level and ensure the problem resolution\n5. Page the stake holders and Set-up the Incident management bridge for problem resolution\n6. Document the problem, impact and resolution delivered by SMEs\n7. Managing multiple cases at one time while adding procedural documentation\n8. Manage your workload by accurately gauging timelines and meeting timelines\n9. Required to work in 24*7 shift\n\nCandidate Prerequisites\nQualifications: Degree within Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.\nYears of experience: 2-5 years\nTechnical and/or functional skills:\nConsistent success in NOC or in an IT helpdesk within a high traffic, global enterprise environment.\nExperience with Zendesk, Jira or ticket tracking best practices\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nExperience with diagnostic tools and reading and interpreting logs\nExcellent organization skills\nA curious mindset and a passion for continued learning, staying abreast of new technology and techniques\nService Performance indicators and their interpretation.\nWorking experience in either Access, Core, Transport networks\nKnowledge of routers/switches/firewall desired but is not mandatory\nPersonality attributes:\nMust possess good communication skills and fluent in English speaking and Writing.\nMust possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels ofemployees in a professional manner.\nStrict adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and mature judgment must bealways demonstrated\nDesire to excel, capability to drive the solution of a problem and flexibility in work schedule\nConsistent attention to detail\nHigh level of commitment\nTeam PlayerCustomer focus approach and sense of urgency\n\nReady to work in shifts 24x7\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience with AI tools and technologies, with a commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation, enhance security, and optimize performance.\nOur Process\nAeris is an equal opportunity employer.
