This role offers the opportunity to become the primary technical resource for automotive platform opportunities, working directly with leading OEMs to showcase our IoT capabilities and translate their requirements into implementable solutions. You'll have the autonomy to shape technical sales processes while working with cutting-edge connected vehicle technologies that are defining the future of mobility.\nAs our Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll eliminate the technical bottlenecks that currently constrain our automotive growth, enabling faster customer response times, more consistent technical engagements, and the ability to pursue multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Technical Leadership\nLead discovery sessions, demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities that help OEM customers evaluate Aeris platform capabilities\nDevelop strong relationships with customer technical teams while communicating complex platform capabilities clearly and credibly\nSolution Design & Documentation\nTranslate customer requirements into solution architectures, integration designs, technical proposals, and implementation guidance\nEnsure customer requirements are translated into implementable solutions while providing product feedback and supporting successful implementation handoffs\nTechnical Asset Development\nCreate demonstrations, reusable technical collateral, reference architectures, and proposal materials that improve consistency and sales effectiveness\nQualifications\nAbility to lead customer-facing technical discussions with confidence\nStrong solution design and systems integration skills\nExperience creating technical proposals, demonstrations, and architecture documentation\nAbility to translate customer requirements into implementable technical solutions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExperience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery organizations\nAeris is an equal opportunity employer. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.\nThe salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000.
