They will perform general labor and maintenance for assigned equipment and facilities. This role will report directly to the Facility Supervisor and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.\nResponsibilities\n\nCleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.\nAssist in special projects or operation task.\nTrained to use small tools and equipment.\nInspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.\nTroubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.\nPlans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.\nPerforms general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.\nPerforms routine maintenance on building systems.\nInventory count; supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n\nAbility to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.\nKnowledge of general carpentry and repair.\nAbility to use hand tools and power tools.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nMust be at least 21 years old.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.\n\nWork Environment:\nThis position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoors, which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet.
