Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently.\nYour Primary Responsibilities\nWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our fulfillment center. A Warehouse Associate is typically responsible for:\nReceive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials.\nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and deadlines.\nAssist in restocking inventory and rotating products to maintain proper stock levels and organization.\nPlace packaged items in the correct area\nKeep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.\nMeet the established productivity and quality standards\nOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack (if certified)\nComply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations\nRegular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nEmployee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.\nCompliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance\nMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality\nRegular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule\nOther job duties assigned\nRequired Qualifications\nAble to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift at least 40 lbs.\nAble to complete repetitive tasks throughout the shift. \nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating closely with peers and leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn, with an openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement.\nProven self-starter and self-motivated mindset, able to stay productive, take initiative, and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, workflows, and daily operational needs while maintaining accuracy and quality.\nAbility to speak, read, and write in English clearly and effectively to communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners.\nDesired Qualifications\nPrevious pallet jack experience preferred or ability and willingness to learn\nBasic computer proficiency, with comfort using warehouse technology such as computers, scanners, and tablets, and the ability to adapt to technical updates or system changes.\nWhat Aeroflow Offers\nCompetitive Pay, Health Plans with FSA or HSA options, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, 401K with Company Match, 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent/ 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s), Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump, Paid Holidays, PTO Accrual from day one, Employee Assistance Programs and SO MUCH MORE!!\nHere at Aeroflow, we are proud of our commitment to all of our employees.
