Description:\n Install, configure, and commission AeroCloud products in airport environments across the US and other territories\n Work side-by-side with Project Managers to deliver projects to scope, budget, and timeline\n Represent AeroCloud on site as the technical lead\n Manage successful implementations, including on-site hyper care immediately after go-live\n Escalate and resolve delivery issues in coordination with the Project Manager\n Deliver onsite product training to airport IT employees covering operations, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices\n Provide regular and transparent implementation and deployment progress reports to the project team\n Follow change management processes and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\n Update and maintain the knowledge base through documentation, guides, and lessons learned\n Assist with software updates and patching\n Image and configure OCs, servers, and other hardware equipment during installations\n Support pre-install planning, testing, on-site deployment, customer training, and short-term post-go-live hyper care before handover to Support\nRequirements:\n At least 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations within airport environments\n Familiarity with SaaS deployments in operational environments\n Ability to deliver multiple product installations in parallel projects and adapt to different airport environments\n Experience with common use installations is advantageous\n Customer-first approach\n Strong communication skills\n Stakeholder management ability\n Confidence working in live operational environments under time pressure\n Self-starter approach and ability to take ownership of installations end to end\n Strong working knowledge of Windows-based machines\n Experience managing domain equipment using Active Directory\n Experience managing Windows Server components\n Experience with networking, installation and configuration of network switches, firewall configuration, switch configuration including VLANs and IP routing\n Experience diagnosing end-user devices\n Experience with USB and Serial connected devices is advantageous\n Cloud infrastructure
