This role builds and maintains initial and recurrent training curricula, tracks individual qualification records in Bridge (Training Software), and ensures training practices satisfy AS9100 Rev D and, where applicable, to include FAA Part 145 requirements. Works close on training-related findings and to keep the workforce qualified for the specific engine wash and manufacturing task performed.\nRole Specifics:\nShift Schedule: Day Shift\nHours: 7:00am to 3:30pm\nLocation: Headquarters, Brownsburg, Indiana.\nOn-Site Required. No Relocation.\nJob Type: Full Time, Salary Position\n Roles & Responsibilities:\nDesign, deliver, and maintain initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training programs for technicians, inspectors, and support personnel.\n\nClosely engage with the field operations team to develop multi-modal training for field technicians to maximize their knowledge base and effectiveness\n\nMaintain individual training and qualification records, including certifications, authorizations, and recurrency due dates, and flag lapses before they become findings.\n\nDevelop and update training materials, job aids, and competency checklists tied to specific procedures (for example, the engine wash manual and related work instructions). To include troubleshooting manuals\n\nCoordinate with the Quality Director to align training and safety content with AS9100 Rev D clauses and, where applicable, Part 145 requirements.\n\nConduct new-hire orientation covering safety, and role-specific procedures.\n\nTrack training effectiveness and revise curricula based on audit findings, non-conformances, or process changes.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by producing training records and demonstrating a controlled training process.\n\nPartner with Safety on required training such as PPE use, hazard communication, and emergency action procedures and assist in safety when needed\n\nIdentify skills gaps in coordination with department leaders and recommend training solutions\n\nMaintain training documentation within the QMS document control system\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nRole Requirements:\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education, Manufacturing, aviation/aerospace industry experience\n3+ years of experience in a training, or technical instruction role\nWorking knowledge of AS9100 or a comparable quality management system.\nStrong organizational skills and comfort maintaining detailed records under audit scrutiny.\nClear verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical procedures to a range of audiences.\nPreferred Experience for This Position:\nExperience in an FAA Part 145 repair station or other regulated aerospace environment.\n\nPrior instructional design or adult-learning training.\n\n Job Perks:\nFull Uniform entitlement to include work boot and Rx Safety glasses stipend\nAnnual Merit Based Pay Increases and spot bonus potential for performance\nBYOD stipend of $50 per month\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance\nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD)\nCompany Paid Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 with AD& D addendum\nAccident insurance\n401K with Employer Match\nPaid parental leave and military leave\n80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually\n40 hours of sick leave\nCompensatory time (available on a situational basis)\nAeroCore Technologies LLC is growing at a rapid rate; with roles opening at both domestic and international sites.
