In this role, you will lead new product introduction projects, manage engineering changes across teams, make designs practical to build through design for manufacturing and assembly, and improve how our production runs.\nYou’ll sit between R&D and production, which means balancing new designs against a live production schedule and keeping several teams aligned when plans change.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead new product introduction projects, taking new robotic products from concept to production readiness.\nManage engineering changes together with R&D, production, quality and supply chain teams, keeping production disruptions to a minimum.\nDevelop and maintain design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) documentation, so new designs are practical to build.\nOversee prototype production, analyse the results and use them to improve manufacturing processes.\nDesign equipment, assemblies, parts and tooling in SolidWorks to support production.\nKeep product and manufacturing documentation accurate and up to date in our ERP and PDM version control systems.\nImprove production efficiency, material flow and manufacturing technologies.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nProven experience as a manufacturing engineer or manufacturing technologist.\nHands-on experience applying DFM and DFA principles and Lean manufacturing methods.\nA strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.\nProficiency in Altium , SolidWorks\nWorking knowledge of PDM version control and ERP systems.\nA degree in engineering.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ownership to drive projects from concept to production.\nGood teamwork and clear communication in English, with the confidence to align R&D, production, quality and supply chain.\nNice to Have\nExperience introducing robotic, electromechanical or other complex assembled products into production.\nExperience running engineering change processes, such as engineering change requests and orders.\nExperience with NetSuite , SolidWorks\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay with a salary of €2,300-€3,000 gross/month.\nGlobal impact through robotics shaping the future of renewable energy.\nCareer growth with real opportunities to learn, develop, and advance.\nCutting-edge technology with hands-on experience in innovative robotics.\nEnjoy the journey with team events, celebrations, and a vibrant company culture.\nHealth insurance after your probation period.\nExtra time to recharge with additional Health Recovery Days.\nLearning support with paid study leave.\nLife-event benefits to support you when it matters most.\nReady to make an impact?\nIf you’re excited about solving real challenges, working with great people, and contributing to technology shaping the future of renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you.
