In this role, you will inspect manufactured and purchased parts, handle non-conformities from first report to corrective action, run Factory and Site Acceptance Tests, and help improve the quality systems behind our production.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInspect and verify manufactured and purchased parts against company standards, specifications and procedures.\nIdentify and document non-conformities, prepare non-conformity reports, and coordinate corrective actions through to timely resolution.\nPerform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) following established procedures, and prepare clear test reports.\nTake part in product testing and verification to confirm products meet their quality and performance requirements.\nPropose solutions to quality issues and recommend improvements to quality control processes and practices.\nSupport the maintenance, implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management system, procedures and standards.\nKeep quality control documentation accurate, consistent and up to date.\nBuild a collaborative, quality-focused way of working within the department and across the company through clear, professional communication.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nTechnical or engineering knowledge, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.\nThe ability to read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings and specifications.\nStrong attention to quality, accuracy and detail.\nThe ability to develop, document and improve processes and procedures.\nConfidence using MS Office, Google Drive, ERP systems and other workplace software.\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and ownership of the outcomes of your work.\nClear communication and reasoning, with the confidence to back up quality decisions with evidence and work well as part of a team.\nGood Latvian and professional English, both spoken and written\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience carrying out FAT or SAT.\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system.\nExperience using measuring and inspection tools.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay with a salary of €1,900-€2,100 gross/month.\nGlobal impact through robotics shaping the future of renewable energy.\nCareer growth with real opportunities to learn, develop, and advance.\nCutting-edge technology with hands-on experience in innovative robotics.\nEnjoy the journey with team events, celebrations, and a vibrant company culture.\nHealth insurance after your probation period.\nExtra time to recharge with additional Health Recovery Days.\nLearning support with paid study leave.\nLife-event benefits to support you when it matters most.\nReady to make an impact?\nIf you’re excited about solving real challenges, working with great people, and contributing to technology shaping the future of renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you.
