This role will work closely with the Head of Sales North America and support one or two Account Executives, helping move opportunities from initial customer discussions through quotation, purchase order and project execution.\nThe successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with US customers and coordinating across multiple internal departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where information is not always complete.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport communication and follow-up with US customers throughout the sales cycle.\n Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and supporting sales documentation.\nParticipate in technical and commercial customer calls to gather project requirements, timelines and scope information.\nTrack opportunities and monitor deal progression, ensuring agreed actions and follow-ups are completed.\nMonitor customer purchase orders, including PO values, remaining limits and potential overruns.\nSupport project profitability analysis using Aerones' internal commercial and operational tools.\nWork with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Finance and other departments to gather information required for accurate quotations.\nSupport the Head of Sales North America and assigned Account Executives with customer, proposal and opportunity-management tasks.\nMaintain accurate information on customer opportunities, project requirements, pricing and commercial status.\nIdentify missing information, delays or commercial risks and proactively follow up with the relevant people.\nHelp ensure opportunities move forward rather than waiting for customers or internal stakeholders to take the next step.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nExcellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating professionally with international customers.\n Willingness to work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Riga time.\nHighly organized, with strong comfort operating in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.\nStrong drive for results and willingness to take ownership of open issues, actively chasing information rather than waiting for instructions.\nCommercial judgement, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate several opportunities simultaneously.\nPrevious experience in sales support, business development, project coordination, commercial operations or a technical/industrial environment is considered an advantage.\nExperience working with international or US customers is considered an advantage.\nFull-time, office-based availability at Aerones' office in Riga, Latvia.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay with a salary of €1,500-€2,000 gross/month.\nGlobal impact through robotics shaping the future of renewable energy.\nCareer growth with real opportunities to learn, develop, and advance.\nCutting-edge technology with hands-on experience in innovative robotics.\nEnjoy the journey with team events, celebrations, and a vibrant company culture.\nHealth insurance after your probation period.\nExtra time to recharge with additional Health Recovery Days.\nLearning support with paid study leave.\nLife-event benefits to support you when it matters most.\nReady to make an impact?\nIf you’re excited about solving real challenges, working with great people, and contributing to technology shaping the future of renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you.
