Such activities may include cleaning or lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery, devices, or control instruments\nRepairs or replaces defective machine/equipment parts, or physical structures using hand tools and power tools, and reassembles machine/equipment\nManages outside services including HVAC, Safety, Cleaning service or maintenance.\nRespond to non-scheduled service calls during second shift or weekend operations. Non-exempt employees called in for these shifts will receive a minimum of 4 hours of pay at their regular base rate, regardless of the hours worked.\nCoordinates the installation and relocation of equipment\nEnsure compliance with appropriate external regulations and internal maintenance and Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nKnowledge of safety protocols and LOTO procedures\nMaintains accurate records on work requests and completion, type of maintenance or repair work, and other similar records\nAbides by, enforces, and participates in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all company safety standards and regulations\nPerforms other duties and projects as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\n5-7 years maintenance and automation experience required\nWorking knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC software\nBasic computer skills to be able to use programs for work orders and parts management and ordering\nStrong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods\nWorking knowledge of tools, power tools, common appliances, and devices\nGood problem-solving skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to comprehend and carry out instructions, both written and verbal\nAbility and/or willingness to drive a forklift (stand-up and/or sit-down)\nSelf-motivated and driven to exceed goals\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook\nThis position will require the candidate to pass a pre-employment
