This role works closely with analysts and operators to design, build, and refine mission-critical tools.\nPosition Responsibilities\nEnhance and extend existing CNO toolsets and capabilities.\n\nDesign and develop prototypes to validate understanding of mission requirements.\n\nDevelop and deliver deployable toolsets capable of operating effectively within mission constraints.\n\nConduct testing and oversee validation of toolsets to ensure reliability and readiness for release.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into mission environments.\n\n Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience\n\nMinimum 12 years of software development\n\nExperience developing software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications\n\nExperience producing and modifying software systems in C/C++/Python/Assembly\n\nExperience providing support for fielded software systems\n\nExperience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)\n\nFamiliarity with Git and Subversion\n\nExperience with production CNO capabilities and operations.\n\nAn active TS/SCI with polygraph\n\nSalary Range: $102,000 - $270,000\nThe AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
