Our product, Titan-SV Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) delivers comprehensive 360° surveillance, efficiently localizing malicious small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS). Titan-SV is used around the globe to protect mission critical assets and provide trusted safety to warfighters on the ground. AV is continually innovating to preserve these advantages.\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\nConstructs, maintains, and tests moderate electrical systems and components.\n\nUses measuring and diagnostics tools to test and modify electronic parts.\n\nReceives instruction on specific objects.\n\nReceives direction on complex problems and possible solutions.\n\nPossess effective oral and written communications skills.\n\nMay assist with communications pertaining specific assignments or meetings.\n\nPossibility of up to 10% traveling.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience.\n\n3-5 years of related experience.\n\nSurface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering experience.\n\nEffective knowledge of Schematic Capture and PCB layout software.\n\nExcellent soldering skills.\n\nWorking knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.\n\nWorking knowledge of Supply Chain operations and associated management systems.\n\nWorking knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.\n\nCommitment to excellence and high standards.\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage priorities and workflow.\n\nAcute attention to detail.\n\nDemonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.\n\nProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.\n\nUS Citizenship is required\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCreative, flexible, and innovative team player.\n\nEffective written and oral communication skills.\n\nVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.\n\nITAR Requirement:\nThis position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
