Additional responsibilities include designing, implementing, verifying, and validating telemetry data-ingestion pipelines for HPC infrastructure, equipment, and services in a Linux environment.\nPosition Required Skills\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly\nExperience using Linux CLI and Linux tools\nProficient using Bash/Python to develop scripts to automate provisioning of HPC systems \nPosition Desired Skills\nExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) \nFamiliar with SAFe Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices\nExperience with system administration of solutions related to metrics and monitoring, including Splunk\nExperience configuring and sustaining VMware ESXi/Virtualization environments\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker\nExperience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI \nExperience with IaC principles and automation tools including Ansible \nExperience with Git Source Control System\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.\nSoftware Integration Engineer (SIE) shall possess the following capabilities:\nAbility to integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software.\nGenerate documentation for the full software stack.\nUpdate software for sustainment support.\nBasic Linux system administration skills and shell scripting.\nExecute test codes for characterization of software performance.\nProvide software product ownership for HPC tools. \nWorking knowledge of CM tools, web documentation, and issue tracking.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between various architectural paradigms.\nOR\nThe individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience.\nOR\nAn industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.\nSalary Range: $167,000-$197,000\nITAR Requirement:\nThis position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
