They will help manage the opening of our brand-new state-of-art 132,000 sqft manufacturing facility with this position growing to support a team in the near future.\nPosition Responsibilities\nMaintain building lobby and visitor check in/check out policies while following proper ITAR requirements\nEscorting visitors/contractors through the building in compliance with Security policy\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, room reservations, guest offices, minor audiovisual, and catering \nDocumenting technical meetings and follow up on action items/commitments\nCoordinate and execute facility tours for high level customers and visitors\nPlanning company functions and appreciation activities\nCreate and review purchase requests, requisitions, expenses, and invoices for facilities and administrative teams; maintain accurate project coding and procurement records.\nWork with diverse group of employees to assist on projects as assigned by line managers\nWorking jointly with project leads to ensure proper information and documentation transfer throughout the life of a project\nCoordinate facility issues, maintain service provider relationships, ensure repairs are scheduled and completed\nOrder and maintain building supplies and office stocking\nSpecial projects as assigned\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, hands-on, employee facing office environment.
