Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components, and accessories using hand tools and power tools. Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges and test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills. Research and understand FAA technical data relevant to assigned tasks.\nHourly Pay Rate Range: $22.00 to $34.00\n\nAdditional Hourly Pay Rate: $2.00 per License\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.\n\nEnsure complete and proper documentation of work performed.\n\nEnsure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.\n\nRepair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components, assemble, and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components, and accessories using hand tools and power tools.\n\nAdjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges and test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.\n\nAssure that all routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and properly signed off.\n\nMaintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manner.\n\nPerforms additional duties as requested by supervisor or other management personnel.\n\nThis is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to submit to pre-employment and periodic DOT regulations for drug and alcohol testing.\n\n Education and Experience:\nH.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.\n\nMust have an Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License.\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years of recent experience utilizing A & P license.\n\nLarge commercial aircraft experience preferred but corporate, general, or military aircraft will be considered.\n\nMust be flexible to work any shift.\n\nMust successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a urinary pre-employment drug test per DOT regulations.\n\nSkills and Abilities:\nAttention to detail is imperative.\n\nMust be able to multi-task.\n\nMust be efficient and able to document maintenance performed on required forms.\n\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nMust exhibit a high level of confidentiality with the work product.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.\n\nNormal or corrected vision and hearing are required.\n\nSubject to continual loud noise.\n\nMay occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 50lbs.\n\nSign on Bonus:\nSign on bonus available.\n\nIf you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!\nAersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
