Review tallied operations daily for completion, overruns, parts usage daily, and closes items as required.\nPrepare financial overviews for the Project Manager and DOM-trend analysis on delivery costs, safety, quality, and cycle time.\nAssist Project Manager in billing the service order within the five (S) day goal after the aircraft departure.\nPerform periodic toolbox inspections.\nMonitor confined space compliance.\nMonitor LOTO procedures for compliance.\nEnsure all PM & FAA regulations are adhered to.\nParticipate in aircraft investigations to help find root causes and develop corrective actions.\nComplete accident investigation and follow-up as needed.\nPerform periodic in-process audits of assigned crew.\nMeet with Leads daily to maintain detailed shift turnover.\nEnsure that technical training is provided to employees as needed.\nEnsure mechanics are using correct reference data to perform maintenance tasks.\nEnsure all required parts are ordered and tracked.\nProvide the Project Manager with accurate data, estimates, and assist with the planning of projects.\n Education and Experience:\nAviation I Business Degree or equivalent aviation experience preferred.\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.\nA&P License required.\nFive (5) + years' experience performing as an accomplished aircraft mechanic with progression of responsibilities or have previous Production Supervisory experience.\n Skills and Abilities:\nAdvanced computer skills (knowledge of MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel) are preferred.\nCapable of interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish a specific task.\nMust have exceptional written and oral communication skills and be able to interact with a wide variety of people.\n Physical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift fifty (50) lbs.\nMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.\nNormal or corrected vision and hearing are required.\nSubject to continual loud noise.\nReach/work above head, full extension with arms.\nIf you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!\nAersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
