Maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with warehouse stores and maintenance personnel to ensure parts availability while adhering to FAA regulations and company safety standards.\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDeliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner to support maintenance and repair operations.\n\nPick, stage, and distribute parts based on work orders, and production schedules.\n\nVerify part numbers, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing materials.\n\nAssist return unused, unserviceable, core parts following company procedures.\n\nAccurately complete inventory transactions and material movement documentation using ERP or inventory management software.\n\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.\n\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.\n\nSupport AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or other high-priority requests by expediting critical parts and materials.\n\nEnsure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing to including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements.\n\nAdhere to all FAA regulations, company policies and all applicable safety and quality standards\n\nAssist Department Manager and supervisor as required.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\n\n1 year of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.\n\nMust be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training.\n\nBasic computer knowledge required.\n\nRead, write, and understand the English language.\n\nSkills and Abilities:\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nMust exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product Work Environment:\n\nHangar and ramp atmosphere.
