Responsibilities includeengineermanagement, design reviews,contract document development and negotiation, procurement specification preparation, and other technical support activities.\nThePrincipalProject Engineerwilljoinateam ofutility-scaleproject executionengineersreporting to the[MARKET]marketengineeringmanagerandwillserve as theleadproject engineerforassigned 10-hour,andCPR/first aid).\n\nLead by example.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nPrimary Qualifications\nUndergraduate degree inengineering(electrical, mechanical,or civil preferred)or equivalent technical field.\n\n10+yearsprofessional experience inenergysystem design,project or landdevelopment,and/orconstruction.Advanced degrees in a related field may be credited towards years of experience.\n\n5+yearsofexperiencein project management,consulting,or as a project engineer.\n\nEngineering design experience including either:\n\nElectrical design experienceof the generator side of utility scale PVand BESS projects\n\nStormwater and gradingexpertisewith athoroughunderstanding ofpermittingprocessesandtimelines.\n\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills, includingabilityto successfully work cross-functionally across a large organization.\n\nSelf-starter withabilityto work effectively in a remote and/or distributed team environment.\n\nAbility toeffectivelymanage third
