submission of accruals and regular crewing reports. \nLiaise with internal stakeholders, clients, agents, and authorities on crewing matters. \nRequirements\nEducation\nDiploma or Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\nRelevant maritime or crewing certifications will be an added advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in crewing, maritime operations, or ship management.\nExperience handling crew changes, crew documentation, and recruitment processes.\nFamiliarity with offshore vessel operations is preferred.\nTechnical Knowledge\nGood understanding of STCW requirements, flag state regulations, and maritime industry standards.\nKnowledge of crew certification, visa processing, work permits, and travel arrangements.\nFamiliarity with crewing management systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nUnderstanding of client crewing requirements and audit/compliance expectations.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nExcellent attention to detail, particularly in document verification and compliance management.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making
