This is a key leadership role for a highly organized and results-driven professional who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of hospitality and real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage hospitality and real estate development projects from concept through completion and handover.\nDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, approved architectural and engineering drawings, quality standards, health & safety regulations, and applicable legislation.\nIdentify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.\nMonitor construction progress and ensure works are executed according to agreed quality standards.\nOversee procurement activities and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.\nManage contractor and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.\nEnsure the proper collection and delivery of As-Built drawings, operation manuals, maintenance documentation, and all required technical records.\nPrepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.\nRepresent Aeternal Hospitality & Development in meetings with consultants, authorities, partners, and external stakeholders.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.\nPrevious experience in hospitality developments, luxury hotels, or high-end residential projects will be considered a strong advantage.\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.\nExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\nProfessional proficiency in both Greek and English.\nWillingness to travel when required.\nResults-oriented mindset with strong
