You will automate build pipelines, migrations, security, and compliance while managing cloud and on-prem networking and leveraging CI/CD pipelines for automation. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, performing administrative tasks, and providing application support. You will enhance security by applying patches, conducting security reviews, and managing access controls while implementing enterprise monitoring solutions using industry-standard tools. As an emerging authority, you will develop technical solutions to complex problems, drive automation initiatives, and create scalable monitoring solutions, dashboards, and alerts. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to align cloud strategies with organizational objectives.RESPONSIBILTIES\nAnalyze cloud infrastructure needs and participate in selecting and deploying distributions\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure, repeatable, and version-controlled infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including code review, testing, documentation, and automated validation.\n\nDesign and implement private cloud infrastructure while ensuring full integration with hybrid cloud platforms and identity management\n\nSupport automation of build pipelines, migrations, security, and compliance in cloud environments\n\nManage TCP/IP networking in both cloud and on-premise environments\n\nImplement and manage enterprise monitoring solutions using industry-standard technologies\n\nPerform cloud tool administrative tasks, provide application support, and ensure security compliance\n\nDevelop monitoring dashboards, escalations, and alerting solutions\n\nTransfer knowledge through documentation and training for the software development organization\n\nDevelop technical solutions to complex problems and determine approaches to assignments with significant latitude\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and develop scalable solutions that enhance cloud infrastructure efficiency\n\nProvide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions\n\nEnsure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded\n\nIdentify and forward to leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area\n\nParticipate in growth efforts as requested\n\nEnsure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to the customer's satisfaction\n\nComplete personal PDP and attend Company Meetings (with the camera on)\n\nBuild productive and positive professional relationships with clients within your program\n\nExecute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements\n\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS\nClearance:Active Secret clearance\nEducation and Years of Experience:Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 - 8 years of experience\n\nConsidered an emerging authority in cloud engineering, applying extensive technical expertise\n\nAbility to develop technical solutions to complex problems and determine objectives and approaches with considerable latitude\n\nStrong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security principles\n\nProficiency in scripting or programming for cloud automation\n\nExperience with enterprise monitoring tools such as PagerDuty, Microsoft OMS, or Azure monitoring solutions\n\nExperience with DevSecOps methodology, designing and deploying DevSecOps pipelines\n\n5 years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\n\nPREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS \nExperience with Azure and/or AWS\n\n5 years Experience with Terraform \n\nExperience and knowledge of best practices with Agentic coding\n\nKnowledge of private cloud infrastructure design and implementation\n\nUnderstanding of hybrid cloud platform management and identity management integration\n\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking in cloud and on-premise environments\n\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders\n\nAether Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
