You will support and maintain software functionality, ensure compliance with coding and security standards, and collaborate with stakeholders on software development, internal tools, and implementation issues. Your role involves analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting technical problems, and delivering timely resolutions while applying best practices in agile software development. You will work with technologies including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, OOP, Design Patterns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, ReactJS, Bootstrap3, and Google Maps while maintaining version control and optimizing system performance and usability. RESPONSIBILTIES\nDevelop web services and APIs for system integration \n\nGather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams \n\nDesign, implement, and improve applications using LEMP Stack technologies \n\nMaintain and enhance software functionality while ensuring compliance with coding and security standards \n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, departments, and customers to resolve software development and implementation issues \n\nTroubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions \n\nWork with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, OOP, and Design Patterns to develop scalable applications \n\nDevelop front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery, ReactJS, and Bootstrap3 \n\nMaintain version control using SVN and follow agile development methodologies \n\nWrite unit tests, refactor existing code, and optimize query performance for relational databases \n\nSupport and document internal tools, software development processes, and best practices \n\nProvide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions \n\nEnsure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded \n\nIdentify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area \n\nParticipate in growth efforts as requested \n\nEnsure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction \n\nComplete personal PDP and attend staff meetings and Storytime (with camera on) \n\nBuild productive and positive professional relationships with clients within your program \n\nExecute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements \n\nPerform other related duties as assigned\n\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS\nClearance:Active TS/SCI\n\nEducation and Years of Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of experience in cloud architecture, or a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.\n\nExperience in full-stack development with PHP, JavaScript, and relational databases \n\nStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control, and agile methodologies\n\nPREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS \nExperience with frameworks and libraries such as Laravel, ReactJS, and Bootstrap3 \n\nKnowledge of web performance optimization, security best practices, and automation \n\nUnderstanding of cloud technologies and scalable web application architecture\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, including coding agents, MCP integrations, automated tests, and documentation, with human review and configuration control\n\nAether Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
