You will connect technical teams with operators, engineers, acquisition professionals, and senior leaders by translating complex capabilities into clear mission value. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a customer-centered adoption role focused on listening, demonstrating, teaching, gathering feedback, and helping users successfully change how work gets done.RESPONSIBILTIES\n\nDevelop and execute a stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy for the program’s capabilities.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with government leaders, engineers, users, platform teams, and mission partners.\n\nTranslate technical features into compelling mission use cases, outcomes, demonstrations, and success stories.\n\nPlan and deliver briefings, workshops, demonstrations, office hours, training sessions, and community events.\n\nIdentify adoption barriers, user pain points, misconceptions, and organizational constraints and route them to the appropriate program owners.\n\nCreate reusable messaging, presentations, playbooks, onboarding materials, FAQs, and technical narratives tailored to different audiences.\n\nDevelop user communities and champion networks that increase peer-to-peer learning and sustained adoption.\n\nCapture customer feedback and usage evidence and help product and engineering teams prioritize improvements.\n\nMeasure adoption through engagement, onboarding, usage, satisfaction, and mission-impact indicators.\n\nCoordinate with program management, architecture, product, software factory, and full stack teams to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect delivered capability.\n\nRepresent the program at relevant government forums, technical exchanges, and industry events when authorized.\n\nEnsure planned hours are worked and recorded accurately in accordance with company and contract requirements.\n\nIdentify and communicate opportunities that could lead to program, customer, or company growth.\n\nEnsure contractual deliverables are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.\n\nComplete professional development planning and participate in required company and program activities.\n\nBuild productive, positive professional relationships with customers, teammates, and mission partners.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS\nClearance:Active Secret required; TS/SCI preferred.\nEducation and Years of Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in technology adoption, customer success, technical communications, product management, engineering, training, or mission enablement.\n\nAbility to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.\n\nDemonstrated success building trusted customer relationships and driving adoption of new technology or ways of working.\n\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, storytelling, writing, and active-listening skills.\n\nExperience creating demonstrations, workshops, onboarding experiences, and reusable enablement content.\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud, software factories, DevSecOps, digital engineering, or artificial intelligence.\n\nAbility to synthesize feedback into actionable themes without overpromising program capabilities.\n\nComfort operating across organizational boundaries and with senior military, civilian, and industry stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of engagements and follow-up actions.\n\nPREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS \n\nExperience supporting Department of the Air Force transformation, digital engineering, or software modernization initiatives.\n\nBackground as an engineer, architect, product manager, trainer, or technical customer-success leader.\n\nExperience with DAF CloudWorks or comparable government software factory environments.\n\nExperience communicating responsible AI capabilities, limitations, governance, and adoption practices\n\nAether Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
