You have experimented with AI or ML features, and can explain what “good” looks like. \nExperience contributing to and working within a shared design system (web + mobile), in partnership with other designers and engineers.\nSolid accessibility practice baked into your work (keyboard and screen-reader flows, clear focus states, robust interaction patterns).\nFamiliarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to uncover usage patterns and inform design decisions.\nActive use of AI design and research tooling (e.g., Claude, Figma Make or equivalents) to accelerate prototyping, synthesis, and research; teaches others to do the same. \nAbility to craft compelling design stories that win buy-in from engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nComfort giving and receiving structured feedback, with genuine interest in helping other designers grow, even without a formal mentorship mandate.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nBackground in healthcare, clinical, or regulated software. You understand what HIPAA and clinical workflows mean for design decisions.\nBehavioral science experience; designing for habit formation, engagement, or behavior change. \nFamiliarity with CCM, RPM, or chronic disease management platforms. \nAI/ML product design experience in a healthcare or clinical context: conversational interfaces, clinical decision support, or data-heavy dashboards. \nWCAG 2.1 AA accessibility expertise in a regulated health context.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\nA builder.
