support the safety and operations of our clients.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure System Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems and security systems.\nYou will work closely with the team to ensure our systems are stable, secure and operating effectively.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, configure and maintain system software and IT infrastructure.\n\nPerform routine server administration, including backups, housekeeping, user account management and system checks.\n\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues when required.\n\nPerform system updates, security patches and maintenance activities.\n\nSupport Windows and Linux servers and network infrastructure.\n\nAssist with the management of network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls.\n\nMaintain IT infrastructure and network standards and procedures.\n\nSupport IT security requirements for PCs, servers, networks and other infrastructure.\n\nAssist with system upgrades, software changes and infrastructure improvement projects.\n\nWork with vendors and internal teams on system maintenance and technical issues.\n\nMaintain records of IT infrastructure, contracts and maintenance activities.\n\nProvide standby or after-hours support for planned maintenance, system upgrades and security updates.\n\nPerform other duties assigned by the supervisor.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related field.\n\nFresh graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply.\n\nDiploma holders with 2–3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience are also welcome.\n\nGood understanding of system administration, networking and IT infrastructure.\n\nExperience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.\n\nKnowledge of network switches, routers and firewalls is an advantage.\n\nExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage.\n\nExperience with VMware, Veeam Backup, SAN storage or Fortigate is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of networking concepts such as VLAN, BGP, OSPF\n\nSkills\nGraduate
