Responsibilities:

  • planning and perform Core Building and core coil assembly in process / stage inspection of transformers.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
  • Maintain inspection logs and provide customer reports.
  • Develop and maintain Quality standards.
  • knowledge of IS, IEC and other international standards relevant to transformer industries & Components.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interpreting technical drawings, QAP and documentation related to transformers.
  • Working with Cross functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain records and documentation as per ISO Std.
  • Knowledge of Conducting RCA through quality module.
  • receiving inspection plan
  • update ERP

Qualification :

-BE/B-Tech (Elect/Mech) or Diploma (Elect/Mech)

  • Min 3 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for BE/B-Tech or min 5 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for Diploma.
