Recommend and implement design improvements based on analysis and findings.\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including government and industry partners, to explain complex control system issues and solutions.\nCollaborate with other internal controls and software teams across locations to maintain awareness of technical issues, updates, and project status.\nImplement software on hardware platforms and perform maintenance, including updates and troubleshooting\nRetrieve and clear log files from hardware for use in diagnostic troubleshooting and other applications\nMonitor emerging technologies, government, and industry trends; advise leadership on current capabilities and potential future opportunities.\nParticipate in training, integration, and RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation) events.
