We’re thrilled to welcome new Aevi’ators who vibe with our values and mission and are ready to join us on our journey of transformation and growth.\nAbout the role\nAs a Project Delivery Manager, you’ll combine customer-facing project management with technical delivery coordination, guiding complex customer implementations from initial planning through to go-live and operational handover.\nYou’ll connect customer expectations with delivery plans that teams can realistically achieve. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations and Commercial teams, alongside customers and external partners.\nYou’ll bring these teams together, identify risks early and keep delivery moving, while specialist decisions remain with the relevant functional owners.\nKey responsibilities\nManage customer projects from initiation through implementation, transition and closure, maintaining an integrated project and delivery plan.\nLead project governance, reporting, risk and issue management, escalations and change control, coordinating customer decisions, approvals and sign-offs.\nTranslate agreed scope and customer milestones into achievable plans, making dependencies, assumptions and delivery constraints visible.\nAssess delivery feasibility with technical teams before commitments are made, constructively challenging timelines or assumptions that the evidence does not support.\nForecast delivery progress and resource needs, identifying capacity conflicts, skills gaps and competing priorities with the relevant team leads.\nAssess how changes affect scope, timelines, costs and delivery commitments, recommending practical options and recovery plans.\nCoordinate quality and acceptance criteria, testing, defect resolution and release readiness, including preparation for go/no-go decisions.\nCoordinate deployment, post-launch support and operational handover, ensuring customer and business readiness.\nManage supplier dependencies and keep customers and internal stakeholders informed about progress, risks and decisions.\nTurn lessons learned into improvements that make future deliveries more predictable and effective.\nRequired skills\nA strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, technical environments and implementation constraints.\nA relevant project, programme, agile, delivery or service management qualification, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience managing large, complex or strategically important customer projects, combining project management with technical delivery responsibilities.\nExperience coordinating multiple delivery teams with shared resources, significant dependencies and competing priorities.\nPractical experience in project governance, delivery planning, forecasting, change control, and managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.\nExperience coordinating testing, releases, deployments, customer acceptance and the transition into ongoing support.\nThe confidence to challenge unrealistic commitments, explain trade-offs and propose workable solutions.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build confidence across technical and non-technical audiences.\nIt would be a plus if you bring\nExperience in payments, fintech, SaaS, platform businesses or regulated technology environments.\nExperience delivering enterprise software implementations, customer onboarding programmes, migrations or major cutovers.\nExperience coordinating external suppliers and working in organisations where teams contribute to several
