You don't need to be a deep expert in all of these fields, but you will help define key processing parameters and guidelines for target applications.\n Data-Driven R&D: Analyze and interpret mechanical, thermal and rheological properties (MFI, capillary rheometry, DSC, TAN/acid value, tensile testing) to derive robust structure-property relationships.\nYour profile\n Education: Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or a related field. Alternatively, completed vocational training as a Plastics Technologist or Technician with extensive relevant industry experience.\nExperience: Proven senior-level of professional experience in an industrial laboratory, pilot plant, or production environment.\n Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in polymer processing (compounding, extrusion, injection moulding) and formulating masterbatches/additives.\nAnalytical Mindset: Confident handling of thermal and rheological analysis methods.\nWorking Style: Precise, well-organized, and reliable even in the dynamic environment of a growing startup. You bring a strong hands-on mentality and structure your work efficiently.\nLanguage: Comfortable communicating in English in day-to-day operations.
