It performs the task of entity HSE interface for technical audits.\nACTIVITIES\n1. ELECTRICAL/ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT: \nCoordinate and monitor all electrical/electromechanical maintenance works (corrective and preventive)\nEnsure PPM schedules are respected, reports analyzed, and all anomalies closed out\nManage equipment including: lifts (22 units), UPS (31 units), fire pumps, smoke detection, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems\nEnsure optimal availability and safe operation of all systems\nExecute and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on electrical systems.\nEnsure continuous operation of electrical infrastructure supporting business activities.\nMonitor system health and performance to prevent failures and downtime.\nEnsure complete maintenance documentation and asset history records.\nSupport emergency response activities during utility failures.\n2. CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION:\nIndirectly supervise 4 Facility Management Companies (110+ technical personnel)\nCoordinate FM services contracts across Deep Water Logistics Base and other locations\nAssist in coordinating FM Contracts in all company owned and leased sites\nEnsure contractor compliance with technical standards and HSE requirements\nMonitor contractor performance against SLAs\n3. BUDGET & COST MANAGEMENT:\nAssist in preparation of annual Technical Facilities management budget\nFollow up on cost performance against budget\nEnsure works carried out within budget and cost-efficiently\nDevelop and implement cost reduction initiatives\nAnalyze/verify quotes to maximize value and cost-effectiveness\nReview and recommend internal commitment on Work Orders\nProvide technical approval on invoices\n4. PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS:\nPrepare Call for Tender (CFT) documents\nReview technical specifications with Manager\nLaunch CFT and follow up with C&P department\nEvaluate contractor bids and make recommendations\nEnsure prompt approval of Vendor Job Orders\n5. SERVICE DELIVERY & USER SUPPORT:\nEnsure all electrical/electromechanical work requests completed satisfactorily within SLA\nConduct and document regular facilities inspections\nProvide prompt response to requests and issues from users\nEnsure feedback provided to requesters\nGenerate snag lists for new projects and ensure closeout\n6. SPECIALIZED SYSTEMS COORDINATION: \nCoordinate maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (cold rooms inclusive)\nManage ATS Panels with integrated backup switching for IST data center\nOversee power installation and distribution management systems\nCoordinate water and sewage treatment plant operations\nInterface with other entities for technical facility services.\nPerform any other duties that may be assigned by hierarchy.\n7. HSE LEADERSHIP:\nCoordinate HSE activities and report for the department\nEnsure Company HSE objectives met through PTW system\nPlan and conduct safety drills\nEnforce contractor compliance on safety awareness\nManage Permit to Work processes for electrical works\n8. OFFICE SPACE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT:\nAssist in office space management works\nModify fire safety protection systems for occupants\nConfigure localized power interface systems\nSupport facility modifications and reconfigurations\n9. PROJECTS AND TECHNICAL UPGRADES\nParticipate in facility upgrade and expansion projects.\nPrepare technical specifications and scopes of work.\nReview engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.\nSupport contractor evaluations and technical bid reviews.\nMonitor project execution and compliance with specifications.\nParticipate in commissioning and acceptance testing activities\nCONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT\nRange of equipment serviced is broad hence a multi-discipline (electrical, mechanical, civil, instrument etc.) mindset is required.\nRegular meetings and interfacing activities required for good workflow.\nRequires great adherence to outlined schedules / planning to reduce interference of operations.\nRequirements\nACCOUNTABILITIES\nAssists in maintaining ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 certifications for company facilities which is a measure of the company’s corporate image. \nContributes to ensuring equipment reliability and availability as a measure of service quality.\nClosely related to HSE in operations to help in guaranteeing safe work processes and environment.\nMaintain an up-to-date asset register for FM&A LOS/ABJ to aid facility tracking and management.\nHSE OBJECTIVES\nAttends all FM&A HSE Committee Meetings. \nAssists in the renewal of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 certifications for TCiN facilities.\nAssists in the close out of all pending Synergy actions/recommendations.\nFamiliarize self with Company's emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.\nSupport the anomaly and downgraded situations tracking and closure process.\nSupports the Permit to Work (PTW) process & Perfect Day initiative at its location.\nAssists in ensuring closure of outstanding FM&A Synergy recommendations.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\nGood HND or University Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering. \nTrained or certified Auditor\nMinimum of 8-12 years post NYSC professional work experience.\nExperience in operation and maintenance of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, oil & gas installations, airports, hotels, hospitals, or large infrastructure environments.\nExperience managing critical power systems and building infrastructure.\nEffective communication skills in English Language demonstrated in oral and written business communications with people and business presentation skillsets.\nWorking knowledge of: o Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise operating system. o HSEQ principles and methodologies of the local or global oil and gas industry would be an advantage.\nWorking experience in sap pm, or other CMMS platform, Building Management system, MS Office suite, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps would be an
