KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  Work with the Risk Management team to understand Cost Risk Models.  Develop understanding of Estimate Plan detailing how the estimate will be developed and be able to prepare one with guidance.  Have understanding of Basis of Estimate and be able to prepare one with guidance  Manage Estimating Data - Support process to collect actual cost performance, condition and normalize data for future use.  Support development of metrics and benchmarking information.  Support process to store Estimate files in a consistent, secure location.  Support Cost Lead/Consultant to Utilize Technical, Economical, Commercial, Organizational & Political (TECOP) profile to establish appropriate deterministic cost contingency.  Support development of “probabilistic cost analysis\"  Support development of monthly cost reports showing Earned value, Cost performance index, Estimate at Completion, cost to go, etc  Support Analysis of trends that offer early warning of any deviationsRequirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying or any Physical sciences\nPC knowledge expected, Microsoft Widows suite of programs; MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.\nPrevious experience in oil and gas company is an advantage.\n3 - 5 years relevant experience DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:\nExcellent analytical, oral and written communication skills\nGood understanding of all phases of the project delivery process.\nShould have people’s skill.
