Ensure effective use of HR Business Systems. \nApplication Development a) Write codes to automate processes. b) Develop database objects, including but not limited to tables, stored procedures, views, functions, queries. c) Participate in testing of new and existing software modules. \nDatabase Management a) Develop queries, stored procedures and function for analyzing HR Databases. b) Carry out database upgrades when necessary. \nHR Reports a) Manage the census process. Prepare initial data, liaise with HR Advisers and entity heads toprovide updates.
