This includes architecting the business requirements into technical design and leading a team of c# and .net developers to implement the applications.\n\n- Successful applicants can expect to work in fast paced environment and will work with dynamic projects teams.\n\n- Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.\n\n- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.\n\n- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.\n\n- Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms\n\n- Provides technical and architectural direction to the software team supporting .Net applications.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- Asp.net development/design and architecture experience.\n\n- Experience with multi-tiered .Net web applications using and MVC (3/4/5) frameworks.\n\n- Experience with Entity framework experience .\n\n- Development using .Net 3.5/4.0, comprehension of advanced concepts and demonstrable skills.\n\n- Visual Studio 2008/2010, Client side jscript.\n\n- Experience or Good knowledge on Azure..\n\n- C#, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, Restful API,Entity Framework, Enterprise Library, JQuery, Linq\n\n- Experience with building web-based applications using MVC / Razor framework, 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0.\n\n- Development utilizing SQL Server database including writing stored procedures.\n\nOther Attributes : \n\n- Ability to profile and troubleshoot multi-tier applications.\n\n- Good communication, ability to communicate technical details with all audiences.\n\n- Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills.\n\n- Core designing skills & fundamental understanding of SDLC process.\n\n- Experience in design, unit tests and TDD.\n\n- Mentoring developers and guiding small teams\n\n- Design and prototyping experience.\n\n- Has delivered at least 2 full projects with multiple integration points.\n\n- SOA/Web Services Development in an Enterprise
