Working alongside colleagues across program delivery, projects, change and communications, you’ll coordinate meetings, prepare materials, maintain key information and support professional communication with stakeholders.\nThis is a great opportunity to build practical experience in project coordination, change and stakeholder engagement while contributing to work with a clear social purpose. You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious, and ready to learn. If you’re passionate about fairness and believe your skills align with this role, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single criterion.\nThis is initially a 12- month contract position.\nTypically, in this role you will:\nProvide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the Equity of Access program.\nCoordinate program meetings, including committee, governance forum and external Advisory Board meetings.\nSchedule meetings and manage invitations, calendars and supporting arrangements.\nPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, papers, packs and presentations.\nTake minutes, update action registers and follow up outstanding actions.\nMonitor and maintain the program mailbox and calendar.\nKeep the Equity of Access SharePoint site accurate and up to date.\nMaintain program registers, contact lists, distribution lists and other administrative records.\nWork closely with the Program Lead, Project Manager, Change Manager and Senior Communications Advisor to keep program activities moving.\nSupport clear, timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nManage routine tasks, meet agreed timeframes and handle program information confidentially and professionally.\n To be successful in this role, you will need:\nExperience in an administrative, coordination, customer service or office support role is advantageous but not necessary, this is an entry level position. \nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks, follow up actions and meet agreed timeframes.\nInterest in Project management, Change management or Stakeholder engagement.\nConfidence using Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, or willingness to build capability in these tools.\nAbility to work collaboratively, ask questions when guidance is required and maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling programme information.\nCan do attitude and interest in learning is essential.\n Gold AWEI Accreditation 2025 - Recognised for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.\nAccredited Family Friendly Workplace - Supporting work-life balance and inclusivity.\nHybrid working - Flexible arrangements with two days a week in our modern offices designed for collaboration and wellbeing.\nAdditional and inclusive leave options - Flexible public holidays, gender affirmation leave, women’s health leave, and bonus paid time off over the end of year holiday period.\nTo apply\nIf you’re passionate about fairness and believe your skills align with this role, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single criterion.\nWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
